These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of LUMEN, a medical waste collection and reward platform. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, and are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
LUMEN machines and services are intended solely for the disposal of eligible medical waste as specified by the platform. You agree not to dispose of hazardous, non-eligible, or prohibited materials through the system.
Points are earned based on verified waste disposal transactions and may be redeemed for rewards subject to availability. Points have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred except through the platform's own friend-to-friend transfer feature, and may expire or be adjusted in cases of fraud, error, or abuse.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to manipulate points or transaction records, interfere with the operation of the service, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform's reward system.
LUMEN is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
